Rajat Monga is the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of AI Frameworks at Microsoft. From Meta’s first dedicated Facebook AI Research cluster, and most recently at Microsoft, she led requirements definition for now billion‑dollar supercomputers at the center of today’s computing revolution.

Papi serves as the Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Product Management at Outshift by Cisco, an innovation engine chartered with discovering Cisco’s next transformational business opportunity by incubating emerging technologies and addressing new markets and personas. Martin helps primarily high-tech, software, and financial services companies implement digitally enabled business models and improve product development. Recognizing that digital technology is fundamentally changing how companies operate, interact with customers, and develop products and services, Martin has helped clients discover new business opportunities. He has partnered closely with executives to mine customer insights from social and digital platforms, improve software development, get more out of technology investments, and design innovative customer engagements. Anna Jacobi is an AI infrastructure and systems architect whose career spans Meta, AMD, Lockheed, and Q.ant. At Meta, she operationalized Infrastructure-as-a-Service across megawatt-scale compute clusters, implementing one of the first AI-driven shadow agent systems to orchestrate self-healing and automate break/fix across the global data center fleet. At AMD, she designed and implemented the memory division’s first enterprise data warehouse, enabling real-time visibility across chip design and manufacturing. Earlier in her career at Lockheed, she worked on radar and embedded sensor systems. At Q.ant, she led go-to-market strategy for atomic sensors and lithium niobate photonics, bridging advanced research with commercialization. Today, Anna advises Gathid, a digital twin identity and access platform, while also developing a federated exchange for agent-to-agent economies. She has served both as Chief Product Officer and as a systems architect, known for bridging deep technical infrastructure with product and market alignment.

Tammy Capistrant, Founder and CEO of Capistrant Consulting Group (CCG), helps businesses that have scaled past their operations identify and solve their most expensive problems through focused, fast, and effective two-week Strategy and Ops Sprints.
During her 20+ years at Google, Tammy began in telecom operations, where she scaled telecom systems, infrastructure, and support during company hypergrowth and established the playbook for network-layer upgrades across global data centers. She later led Product Strategy and Operations, drove launch programs for products such as Google Photos and Google Maps Business Pages, and accelerated the standing up of Google’s internal Secure AI Framework.
